Service Description

A "get clear and get moving” session. If you’ve been feeling dismissed, overwhelmed by symptoms, confused by next steps, or unsure how to speak up in your appointments, this is a supportive place to start. We’ll slow things down, sort through what’s happening, and map out a plan you can actually use right away. In this 75-minute session, we’ll focus on: - What you’re experiencing right now (symptoms, concerns, stressors, and what’s felt hard to explain) - What you need from your healthcare team (and what you’re not getting yet) - How to advocate for yourself with confidence (questions to ask, language to use, boundaries to set) - Your next best steps for the next 2–4 weeks You’ll leave with: - A clear Advocacy Action Plan (simple, practical, and personalized) - A short list of priority questions to bring to your next appointment - A plan for tracking symptoms/concerns so you can communicate clearly and be taken seriously Bonus: Receive $50 off a Sister Circle Subscription if you join within 7 days of your starter session!


Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 01/01/2026 By purchasing or participating in the Health Advocacy Kickstart (“Session”), you agree to these Terms. 1) Coaching Scope (Not Medical Care) This Session provides health literacy, self-advocacy support, education, and goal-setting. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or emergency care. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical decisions. In an emergency, call 911. 2) Eligibility & Responsibility You confirm you are 18+ and responsible for your choices, actions, and results. You agree to provide accurate information and participate respectfully. 3) Session Details Health Advocacy Kickstart is a one-time, 75-minute coaching session. Your purchase includes the live session and any materials specifically provided as part of the Session. 4) Payment Payment is due in full at booking. You authorize SHE to charge the payment method on file. 5) Scheduling, Rescheduling & No-Shows You may reschedule one (1) time with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) and no-shows may be forfeited and are not eligible for reschedule. 6) Email Support This one-time Session does not include ongoing email support unless explicitly stated at checkout/booking. 7) Refunds Due to the nature of coaching services, fees are generally non-refundable once the Session is booked and/or delivered. If you have an urgent issue, contact SHE as soon as possible. 8) Confidentiality SHE keeps your information private to the extent possible, except where disclosure is required by law. 9) Intellectual Property All worksheets, templates, action plans, and materials are owned by SHE and for your personal use only.
